We're getting hitched in Coxsackie, NY on May 28th 2022! Here is some basic information so you can start planning your trip! It’s Memorial Day weekend, so things will book up very quick. But the good news is you'll have an extra day to enjoy the beautiful Hudson Valley : ) Stay tuned for more info.

Shuttle Schedule
Parking at the venue is very limited, and is available by request only. There will be shuttle service to and from the wedding for all guests of the Stewart House, Best Western, and Holiday Inn Express. Guests staying at other locations may park at the Holiday Inn and take the shuttles from there, unless you have made separate arrangements with us for parking at the venue.
From Holiday Inn Express, West Cosxackie:
Buses will depart approximately every 20 minutes, beginning at 2:45
Final bus leaves at 3:30pm
Return trips from 8:30pm until 11:30pm
From Best Western, New Baltimore Inn:
One bus departing at 3pm
Returns trips from 8:30pm until 11:30pm
From Stewart House
Van departing at 3pm
Return trips from 8:30pm until 11:30pm

COVID
So... cases are once again on the rise in New York. We ask that all guests receive a negative test result within 2 days of the wedding. We want to keep everyone as safe as we can, and this is our best way to do so. Thank you for your cooperation!
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be held outdoors. The reception following dinner we be held inside the barn, but we completely understand if anyone would prefer to continue the party outdoors at that time. The barn doors will be open, the music will be loud, and the bar will stay outside 😉.
Transportation + Travel
Owls Hoot Barn is located in the beautiful Hudson Valley Region of Upstate New York at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. It is about a 2 hour drive from NYC and 30 minutes from Albany.
Driving: The fastest route is the I-87 to exit 21B for U.S. 9W toward NY-81. Turn left onto US-9W. Turn right onto NY-81 W. Turn left onto Bronck Mill Road. Address: 386 Bronck Mill Rd, Coxsackie, NY 12192
Train: Take the Amtrak to Hudson.
Bus: The closest stop is Catskills Park & Ride (about 15 mins away)
Plane: Albany International Airport is a 30 minute drive from the venue. You can fly into JFK, LaGuardia or Newark and take a beautiful 2-hour drive from NYC along the Hudson. We recommend staying on the west side of the Hudson for an easier drive.

Dress for a wedding in the country. No stilettos, ties optional, dancing mandatory.
